    • Update: It has come to our attention that the IRS has new regulations regarding how HOA dues and specifically surpluses are to be managed.

    • Proposal: It is proposed that this Special Meeting Replace the Annual Meeting. An election and any other communication as related to old business can be concluded in the Annual Dues mailing.
