Welcome to the Dos Rios III web site. The web site is here to provide current information regarding our neighborhood. For now there's not too much here, but the Board of Directors would like to update this site frequently to provide you with relevant information. We also hope to develop an electronic newsletter that will be delivered to your email of choice with meetings information, and other neighborhood news. We promise not to overload your email in box with too much information!

9/17/09 Back by popular demand will be the end of summer Dos Rios III party. Details and invitations will be provided soon, but for now mark your calendar!
Keep our Neigborhood Beautiful
Please pick up your little bits of trash that have melted out of the snow, or are left behind from trash removal servies and most importantly- PLEASE clean up all that doggie doo doo. Yard maintenance is also an easy way to make the neighborhood look pretty, so please keep it up!

We are working on new and informative ways to help you stay in compliance with the covenants. The Covenants are meant to maintain our home values and the quality of life we enjoy in Dos Rios III.
